Bullying is one of the most urgent issues facing our youth today and we are very fortunate to be able to bring this timely show to such a wide audience.” — Maureen Hartje, Director, Enrichment Through The Arts
The show illustrates various forms of bullying; results of bullying such as absenteeism, self-esteem, fear issues, and the victim as subsequent bully; reasons for this behavior; types of bullies; signs and symptoms of bullying; and coping strategies including illustrations of how to handle situations.
This piece is non-preachy, interesting, kid-friendly, and will connect to young people in a very real way. There is an optional 10-minute Q&A session after the show where audience members can ask the cast questions about the topic and reflect on the show.
