Amber White

Arts - In - Education Assistant

Amber White has been working with youth in multiple facets of the education field for several years. Her passion is in youth development and she has experience with managing programs and curriculum.  She has worked in the counseling field doing therapy with children and has supervised her own community based after school program. She is passionate about serving underserved communities here on Staten Island and aims to equip vulnerable youth with the resources they need to shape their future in a positive way.
She has a BS in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a MS in counseling psychology from Mercy College. She is working in Sundog’s arts education program which delivers high-quality, innovative arts programming and arts integration into NYC schools
