Creativity meets financial and digital literacy as participants imagine, design, and launch their own mini-businesses. Our program blends theatre with technology, engineering, arts, and math (TEAM) into an engaging, arts-centered approach to business education.
Led by a professional teaching artist, participants explore money management, product development, and digital marketing to become entrepreneurs. Working as a team, they use theatre, music, and art to strengthen presentation skills and bring brands to life. Math becomes meaningful in budgeting and calculating profits.
Culminating with a Grand Opening, families, teachers, and peers become customers, while participants showcase and sell their products.
They leave the program with more than a finished product. They gain:
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Financial literacy and budgeting skills
• Confidence in public speaking and developing ideas
• Organization and time management skills
• Teamwork and leadership experience
• A deeper understanding of how businesses impact the community
