Nicholas A. Pedersen is an Attorney on Staten Island and has successfully represented clients throughout the five boroughs of New York City in a wide range of Matrimonial and Family Law issues, including child support and custody cases, spousal support, paternity, and family offense cases. He is an experienced and highly skillful matrimonial attorney, handling all aspects of the case, including negotiating the division of high net-worth assets. Nicholas is also proficient at drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Nicholas also volunteers as a pro bono attorney to help individuals with disabilities so they can live dignified lives free of all forms of abuse and bias.
When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, his two children and his dog, Tessa.
